Nicholas Patterson
Personal Experience
Nick is an Associate at Rosen Kirshen Tax Law.
Before joining the firm, Nick completed his articles with a litigation firm in downtown Toronto where he dealt with tax appeals, relief applications, tax assessments and CRA related disputes. He also gained experience in areas, including but not limited to, fraud, shareholder disputes, franchising matters and oppression claims.
Nick received his J.D. from Bond University in Australia. Prior to attending Bond, he obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Ryerson University. Throughout his undergraduate degree, Nick worked as a high-level hockey referee.
While at law school, Nick volunteered at Queensland Advocacy Incorporated in Brisbane advocating on behalf of people with disabilities. He also worked as a student consultant with Bond’s Business School providing advice to entrepreneurs regarding patent, license and trademark issues.
In his free time, Nick enjoys working out, playing sports and travelling.
